PFS was founded and continues to be managed by Jan Edwards-Pullin, a recognized industry leader with more than 30 years of publishing experience.

Ms. Edwards-Pullin joined Architectural Digest in 1974. In ten years with Knapp Communications she served as Vice President of Circulation Marketing for ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST, BON APPETIT & HOME magazines. She also held senior marketing positions at Sitmar Cruises (now Princess Cruises).

Ms. Edwards-Pullin has conducted a successful publishing and fulfillment consulting business for 20 years, working with more than 100 titles during that period. She is the President of the Western Fulfillment Managers Association and the Direct Marketing Club of Southern California, and was on the board of the Western Publications Association for 8 years.
